Best Western Plus Executive Residency Baytown

Spacious, clean, modern, friendly staff and convenient location! There were Sharpie marks all over the couch and the air unit in the living space didn't work, if you're OCD you notice some things are crooked, but it's things that we overlooked as time went on. Overall it's a nice hotel. We enjoyed having a balcony and not being cooped up.

The staff here are so kind, helpful and accommodating. My stay was made so much better by the staff. This place isn't a 5 star hotel and I am not claiming it is, just that I got more than I paid for. The room and common areas were very clean. When I walked in to the lobby, it smelled clean. I saw no bugs. If there was a bug problem, it was dealt with. The kitchenette had a 2 burner stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer (about 5 feet tall & 1.5 wide), toaster & coffee maker. It did not have an oven or any cook or tableware. The pull out couch bed was not queen size as stated. But it fit both my daughters who are under 10.

As a Diamond Select member, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Baytown, TX location. The rooms are large, spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. The design of rooms match the theme of the property throughout, making for an inviting atmosphere. Great care was taken in preparing the breakfast during my stay. Although the breakfast items are the same as offered at all Best Western properties, this property actually managed to make the eggs and gravy enjoyable. The friendly staff was eager to ensure that my stay was of the utmost enjoyable, even delivering milk to my 4th floor room. My wife is a hotel snob and this hotel met her standards of cleanliness, hospitality service has been excellent and the over all experience has been wonderful. We stayed in a 1bdrm suite with our kids and we used every inch of the space. Having the kitchen and living room was perfect for our needs. We highly recommend staying here. The manager on duty during our stay was Sandra She and all of the other hotel personnel that we met were exceptional! Even while busily working they were polite and alert to our presence.

The room was very cleaned also love the smell and the hotel staff was very helpful and had awesome good customer service.

Had a nice 1 night stay at the BW Executive, first time ever staying at their extended stay property and it seemed as if it had gone thru a very recent remodel or rebranding. Check in was friendly and efficient and room was clean and quiet in a convenient location off I-10. A couple of negative items, no Facial Tissue in the bathroom and while the Kitchenette was well stocked for minor cooking there was no Paper towels nor dishwashing liquid or even a fish towel. Kind of hard to cook if you have no way to clean up afterwards. Overall it was a nice stay at a reasonable price, just need to fix these minor issues.
